What is an estate sale? +
An estate sale is a professionally managed, open-to-the-public sale of a home's contents — typically after a death, a move to assisted living, or a downsizing. We price, stage, advertise, host, and settle the sale for you, so you don't have to welcome strangers into the home yourself.
Do you also handle cleanouts? +
Yes. We sort, empty, haul away, and clean out homes, garages, attics, basements, and storage units — from a few rooms to a whole estate.
How much does this cost in Buford, GA? +
It depends on the size of the home and the amount of work. Estate sales are typically handled on a clear, transparent commission basis; cleanouts are quoted fairly after we look at the space. Either way, you get a clear price up front — no surprises.
What happens to items that don't sell? +
We donate what can help others, recycle what we responsibly can, and dispose of the remainder. Nothing is treated carelessly.
